I bought the Eve CE and it was supposed to be shipped with DHL (I live in Sweden). In the DHL tracking thing it says that the package is in sweden and ready for pickup but I haven't gotten a mail saying where nor a text message about it. Calling the postal service is of no use since I dont have the post number thing, only tracking.
The last tracking status says "The recipient was not present and has been informed. The shipment is ready for pick-up."
Has anyone else had similar problems? Any ideas what I should do? |

Isnt there anyway you can call DHL and give them the tracking number?. If the item is ready for collection im sure they will have details on where it is currently stored. Or they may send it out for rdelivery again.

That's what I did, they said that I had to call the post office and they need some number I haven't gotten :/ |

I had a similar problem (I live in Germany) with some hardware.
I just went to my post office with my ID and they gave me my package. |

I wish I could do that but I don't know to which one they have sent it, they usually send packages like this to certain stores where you can pick it up. Tracking it at the post can't be done since I'm missing the colli/kolli (?) number. |

Is this true? Mine has been stuck on "awaiting customs clearing" for 4days on the parcel force tracking thingy'ma'bob.
The thought of some pleb touching my stuff makes my skin crawl!

Unfortunately yes. Not me, but a friend, who ordered his got an email from UK customs office stating that they had reason to believe the package was "suspect" and they had to open it. (I wasn't aware this was protocol to email the person whose pavkage it belonged to? I was as confused as he was.)
I actually thought he was going to have a fit when he told me haha 
And yeah I agree if he has indeed had his fully opened, we will find out when he recieves it I believe, then he's going to kick up such a fuss... He doesnt like the idea of people opening and touching things hes bought. But it's like I said to him, they are only doing their job... Although, I also stated why didn't they just scan it rather than open it...?
Edit: From what I believe, I think they simply opened the brown cardboard box not the actual shrink wrapped box though...

Bull, if the package was opened by customs it would be resealed and a sticker placed on the package stating why it was opened. If it was Held he would receive a letter stating why it was held and if he would lie to collect it. |

Once he recieves it, ill get him to take a photo of the papers (ommitting any data obviously lol) and wack em on imgur... I just found it funny and shared it with you guys...

Don't mind my friend, the email didnt come from the customs office, it was from the handler (or tranporter or whatever they are called xD lol)
They where basically letting me know that the package was being checked. Misscomunicatiom between me and my friend I believe. He just found it amused me and reasured me it woul only be the outer packaging.
Basically, its a routine check that done on cetrain packages that come through, all will be explained in official documents onthe parcel. Apparently I wont even know it been opened. I was on the phone with them today and they reasured me, because I was confused as to what was happening. |

If there is Gaffer Tape on your Rifter you will know the Customs Officer plays EVE.

Ha! Most definitly. Either that or they will simply replace the rifter with a box of matchsticks some rust and some gaffer tape.
Ans I cant use the dhl tracker properly, for somereason it comes through in german even wgen I set it to the uk lol. so I just recieve email notification in english instead.
Damned if I can read another language, stupid uk education system.

Mine is also stuck somewhere in germany, with no ability to track it beyond the DHL site which is so...clear... "The international shipment has been processed in the parcel center of origin"...So when can I expect my package?! Damn DHL...
Edit: Apparently the next step in my process is:
The international shipment is being forwarded to the export parcel center
So I expect it in a week or so seeing how slow they have been so far... |

Was wondering how long should we wait and whom to contact if those CE's arent starting to move soon? As said before and as with the person above me my CE has been in the export phase from Germany since Saturday 19th. |
