Like "instant recall I" how do you train in it? I'm new, only on my 6th'ish mission after training. Do these skills become available for training down the road or are they in a place I'm not looking?

You have to buy the skills you don't have usually.

Hi there,
You talk about the Learning skills, they are available thru the market under skills, Learning branch. Since the basic one doesn`t cost alot, they are very good to buy so you can upgrade your attributes.

Well like all skills, you select the ones you want to train and away you go, with the higher skills you need to have learned all the normal learning skills first to level 5 before you can train the higher level skills, I train learning skills whilst I sleep and other skills whilst I play, they soon disapear and once learned give you the ability to learn other stuff quickly.

You buy any additional skills on the market. The skills and implant section is near the bottom of the market listing (be sure to set it to region on the filter for browsing the market). You buy the skillbook, or the ability to train the new skill, then train it just like any other skill. Go to the station where the skill was purchased, then right click it in the items hangar, then the skill shows up in your character sheet. The starting locations, or school stations, tend to have the fullest selection of skills for purchase. |

At this time it takes a lot longer than 24 hours for you portrait to show due to technical reasons that no-one knows about. It will come eventually though.
