Really nice caracter but I think you have mixed up the attributes. Ni-Kunni have 8 Cha from start. With +3 implant and Presence lvl4 would give it 22 Cha not 19. With that IŠm interested in what the attributes really are. I assume youŠve made some misprints, but attributes are really important and can affect the price a bit.
The attributes youŠve said doesnŠt fit at all for being a Ni-Kunni. The closest are the following.
Int 7 -> 20,9 (with +3 Implant and adv learning lvl4)
Cha 8 -> 22
Per 10 -> 24.2
Will 7 -> 20.9
Mem 7 -> 20.9
And since EVE always round down it will be: 20,22,24,20,20.
