This depends on the mission/agent. I've gotten cosmos missions that only give me 20 minutes or so to complete it. I make it a point to look at the "complete by" date/time right off.

iirc, the 2nd one is a known bug and they are "working on it". I may be incorrect but I seem to remember them saying that they knew about that but don't quote me on it :P The 1st one, I don't have info on.

You do realize that with +1 stab per level, people like me that have transports to level 4 would have +4 warp core strength in a transport? Besides being able to fit 3 or so stabs in the lows would bring it to 7. That seems to be a little overpowe...
