I have filed a petition with CCP regarding the eve-store sending me a 100 day GTC that is invalid. But it appears that they a bit busy and so im having to wait. Is there any other way of talking to CCP/Eve-Store to get this problem sorted?

Shattered crystal has better prices, and I've never had a problem with em.

how typical.. someone actualy buys it at ccp.. and then it doesnt work...

Well ive bought GTCs from the eve-store on several occasions and this is the first time something has gone wrong, and yes im reading the code correctly. Just wish they'd hurry up :(

What bugs me is that on the order email there isnt a contact email, so im just guessing on which section i petition.

Did you buy it according the Rules ?
If you did then the code was verified BEFORE you had it or paid for it so I would say you've possibly typed something wrong there.
if you bought it 'outside' of the CCP framework for buying GTC codes then I suspect you're on your own. The key word here would be "tough".
