Story is at the start of my eve character I was caldari, I changed to Gallente and now gone back to Caldari (raven 4tw). I know have good missile skills, a month away from cruise launcher IIs :) I can use t2 shield stuff and armor as well.
Now the raven being shield tank based and not having enough powercore to fit a decent armor tank so I can make use of the mediums for PVP, I find it fustrating that I cant go PVP solo in it, cos its best attibute is being able to hit the same damage anywhere within range.
So I am looking for a BS that can make use of my missile skills, has an armor tank and enough mediums for PVP.
I found the Typhoon which I have been told is one of those 'you can either use it or you cant' ships :)
Just some questions regarding it..will this fit:
Highs
4 X heavy nosferatu (Named probably)
4 X cruise launcher IIs (2 X emp, 2 X exp. t2 ammo will also be in cargo)
Mediums
1 X 100MN AB II
1 X 90% webber
1 X 20KM disrupter
1 X Target Painter II
Lows
1 X large repairer II
1 X Explosive Hardener
1 X Thermal Hardener
1 X Kinetic Hardener
1 X 1600 Rolled Tungsten
2 X Capacitor Power Relays
5 X Heavy Drones (3 X beserkers, 2 X Preators)
5 X Warrior IIs
I'm pretty sure it will fit. If I am some powercore short I will switch a cap relay for a PDU II, if still short than a reactor core unit.
I like the sound of this battleship, it has qualities of the dominix which is great, yet I can use missiles :)
Oh and I dont really want to use the minmatar guns. I like autocannons however despite the ROF and range bonus the typhoon gets I'll probably do much better with missiles.

1. Raven is great for PvPing
2. With 4x Nos you won't need those cap relays as much. Fit a second large rep (medium if you really want) and that'll help you out a lot more than an extra 20% recharge on a setup with as much cap as that one

Raven is good for PVPing...just not solo :)
Also now that you've mentioned it..I will change the cap relay for a ballistic control, maybe 2. Or a ballistic control and large/medium rep. Whatever fits :)
