For some strange reason, nobody wants wants the BPC, which is ultra portable. Perhaps you might want to build it first? Also, please do not sell a built one for less than 1.3bil, as this is screwing over other sellers. (for example, Navy Megas are now selling at 800mil due to price cutting)

He can sell at any price he wants, but my suggestion was to not screw himself over due to the amount of LP's required. I ment to say 1.1bil, as 1.3bil is a typo on my part. That would be in line with what most people expect for a LP->Isk reward, since the BPC costs 500mil and 200k LP's to buy.
And if this is a question of my personal greed, then do be aware that I have received countless thankyou's from many in the eve community for publishing a guide to making a quick billion. Since this is not related to the Original Posters Auction I will give my final opinion on the matter.
Insted of selling the BPC at a bil, add in 90mil or so of minerals and build it for sale at 1.1bil or more. This will attract a lot more buyers and you dont really lose out on isk.
