They kill trespassers entering "their" space. The fact that The Reclaimer was AFK was his own stupid fault. He knew Fountain was guarded yet he took the risk.

Hey lord fountain...SHUT THE F*ck up about youre sector...you dont own SH*T as far as I am concerned....You just have a big head and a small brain. No one owns a sector. You can block the sector all you want and set up guards at eveyplace but it still wont be youres. NO ONE CAN HOLD A SECTOR. I mean the thought of it sounds cool but you dont own that sector no matter what....so just shut up and let people do as they wish........oh and as for that stupid toll you have to pay when you go though YOURE sector. I think its crap. TAKE YOU ISK AND SHOVE IT UP YOU @SS. Enjoy all you riches. You wont get anything off me.....catch me if you can LORD FOUNTAIN=*****.

Actually, I was akf becuase of a personal emergency. By the way, I was there because I paid this llam to tell me where to get Mier II's. I actually didnt know that a wanna-be pirate corp, excuse me alliance was setting up shop there and acting like tough guys. But, soon, very soon justice will be at hand.

If you bother to read all the CSM chat Logs and DEV Chat Logs.
CCP said that it would be possible to take over regions in the game but it would take more than just killing the pirate force that controls the region, eventually regions will be claimable as yours ,so what is wrong with getting a headstart on this and forming an alliance to claim such a region?
You reall have no idea about plan's for the game or things that CCP would like to make possible.

Any player has a right to form an alliance with another player for any purpose. Those players have a right to claim a region of space. Any other player has a right to question their claim. I dont see any problems with this. Worst thing in EVE - its immature community, especialy the trashtalking pirates and ****ed off carebares that go WAY out of line. Grats to TTI - they have the most mannered ppl in EVE percentage-wise.

I was at work but I am pretty sure that attack was mostly RUS ships and maybe 1 or 2 sinister ships.

one Rus even found it smart to warp into one of the fleets guarding a station guess he didnt even finish loading till he was at clone station 5 seconds after entering space.

Tonight the Fountain Alliance attacked six Sinister ships in the Syndicate Region. They appeared to be conducting a mining operation when they were sighted. They all warped away when the Fountain Alliance fleet arrived. They also appeared to be working with Warp9 and Privateer Investment Corporations. Confirmed Sinister pilots in the area were Wolverina and Teelmaster.
