Like if i wanna start crafting stuff, a hulk/procurer or a maelstrom, where i would find the blueprints? Or blueprints to Minmatar battlecruisers and battleships?
I checked wiki and only says the description of the blueprints, not which NPCS sell them. |

You can't buy T2 BPOs from NPCs though, they were seeded by CCP via a lottery and must now be bought from other players. You can however invent a Hulk T2 BPC from a Covetor BPC.

Unresearched blueprints for T1 stuff and ships are available from NPC corporation stations (market). For Minmatar ship BPOs, go to Minmatar space.
Researched BPOs and BPCs may be found in contracts, and also via the Sell Orders forums.
For T2 stuff, you need to invent a T2 BPC from a T1 BPC. There are some details here, and skills are needed.
Note: BPC = blurprint copy; BPO = bp original

You can also see what items are sold by NPCs at eve-marketdata.
For example: Maelstrom Blueprint.
The red NPC between the "remaining" and "price" columns indicates that it is an NPC selling the items. |

in game you can check info of each NPC corporation , a Tab indicate the Supply and demand item of Npc Corporation , Blueprint showed here so you have Station location too |
