I would like to speak to the leadership of the stained alliance about an incident that happned. I cannot seem to get any answers on who this is. Is there any one that is any kind of leader of the stained alliance. If you are truely not pirates I would expect a proper reply so that we can discuss the events that happened.
The way it seems right now there is no leadership of the Stained Alliance. I cannot get an answer out of the corp that the incident happened with nor anyone else that seems to be in SA. Please respond with contact information. SNIGG is now officially open for business. We are a merc corp looking for contracts. That is part of the problem, I am done trying to talk or deal with them. They caused a situation and now they will not own up to it. That is why I need to speak with the leaders of the alliance to findout if this is how they operate or not. SNIGG is now officially open for business. We are a merc corp looking for contracts. I tried to talk this over with the collective personell. This conversation lead nowhere. I asked the collective to refer me to the SA leadership to settle this before hostilities continued over a misunderstanding. The conversation then went very wrong and the last thing that was said to me about trying to speak to the stained leadership was: "so why da hell u think he will listen to ya bull****t ?"
We were not in stain region, we were in curse. The collective knew exactly where they were headed and what they were going to do. They came in said nothing and attacked part of a group that was trying to lock down a known pirate in a system. They rolled up with about 6 to 8 battleships and started firing on the one they had a problem with while there was many members of different corps around the exact area. Multiple members of the group trying to hold the gates against the pirate started calling for help becuase they were under attack from the collective. Every member of the group tring to hold the area responded (about 12 ships mostly cruisers). I entered with my tempest and was locked by a collective battleship, I activated my defenses while watching the collective attack many members of the pirate hunting group. I noticed I was outmatched in firepower and went to leave my locks dropped and I went to warp (EVE bull**** lag caught me and then I came out of warp on the other side my tempest turned into a pod). The eve-mail states that multiple the members of the Collective were the ones that caused the destruction of my ship.
They way they came in was looking for a fight and very unprofessional. If they were after one person then they should have said somehting on local, because there were many ships in the area very close to thier target (3 ships within 10km). No one in the group holding the system to get the single corsair pirate knew anything about the problem that the GOD member had with SA. I can send anyone needing the information the entire conversation with the collective. We have two converation logs with them (there are some contradictions between the two). The one I was a part of semmed that they were out for a fight, and wanted to fight as many people as possible because they hadn't had any action since RUS left the area. infinity > man thats bull infinity > if u guys wanna fight SA then be my guest Acix > no what you did was, now give me the name of your leader so that i can talk to him infinity > we sure need the action after rus did run
The actions of the Collective played out like a group of trigger happy fighters that were action hungry. If they would have said one word of the problem they had with the one member of GOD then we would have tried to talk to them about it. If it came down to GOD being in the wrong we would have let the collective seek the revenge they wanted so badly.
We at the EVE Marshals do not look for fights from non pirates. We state our intentions in local over and over so that situations like this do not arise. The collective member that I spoke with said they don't ever say anything in local because: infinity > who cares about local ? infinity > its always bugged and no use for us
and
Acix > we warn others when we bring battle groups though and we do not have problems like this infinity > we did NOT GET WARNING (refering to when the GOD member shot his corpmates ship down before)
The cost of our ships needs to be repaid to close this matter. The members of the Collective that were out were out for blood and did not care who they involved in the fight. They need to be a little less hot headed and learn that when you just start firing there are going to be repercusions.
still have yet to recieve anything back from Lotharr. If one of the above groups in SA could forward this information for me to the leadership of SA to take care of this problem it would be appreciated. If any other information is needed then please contact me ingame via EVE-mail. SNIGG is now officially open for business. We are a merc corp looking for contracts. Edited by: Acix on 23/10/2003 04:58:59 Its odd to see that someone bumped this topic up.
Just as a note here, i have had very good dealings with the people in the SA since then that I still do business with. I am not worried about the ship loss anymore. I still question why the SA leadership never even attempted to contact me about this matter or even talk to the ones that initiated the engagement. I sent all the eve-mail that I could to everyone that was named in this post that could be SA leadership. No one ever responded.
I just wanted to put this problem to bed, and I guess no one else wanted to and decided it would go away with time.
Again i want to say that I have no problem with the rest of SA, they are good people.
edit for spelling (theres probobly more still in it tho) |
