 Highs:
 6x Cruise Launcher II
 2x E500 Heavy NOS

 Mids:
 Gist X-Type XL Shield Booster (840 for 400 cap / 4 secs)
 2x Pith X-Type SB Amps (45%)
 Pith X-Type Photon Scattering Field
 2x Estamel's Modifed Invulnerability Field

 Lows:
 2x PDS II
 2x Caldari Navy BCS
 1x Co-Processor II

 Rigs:
 2x CCCs
 1x Anti-Thermal Screen Reinforcer I

Between 81 and 88% resists across the board, can't run booster permanently, but should boost enough for most situations.

For solo PvP drop a SB amp for scrambler.

 2 Medium Neut

1 X-Lrg C5L shield Booster (works better for pvp that the t2 imo, better fitting and its quicker, though less efficient)
1 T2 EM Hardner (switch out for a second inuln t2 if you can afford it, they're cheaper now though I think)
 1 T2 Invuln
1 Heavey Electrochem cap booster (800s)
1 Warp Disruptor (always need that extra point, I always keep some sort of warp disrupt on all my pvp setups, gang or solo)
1 Either shield boost amp, or sensor booster, or eccm, maybe even a tp though i'm not sure if it would fit (for gang combat the sensor booster is usually best imo)

 3 T2 BCUs
 1 T2 Pdu
1 Whatever you can fit, with the sensor booster you can fit another bcu but it doesnt do a whole lot more becuase of stacking

For my cargo hold I would normally keep about 300 rounds of ken and therm ammo each, and 150 of em and ex each, the rest cap boosters. For extended fights I would drop another cap booster and add more ammo in those ratios (launchers loaded with 2 therm 2 ken 1 em 1 ex)

This is definitly my favorite raven setup, though I havent used it or a raven in pvp in a monthish. Its got the tank to hold up against sentries and hostiles for a bit, aswell as the scram point which is important as your tacklers often have to warp. Its also about as much damage as you can get from a raven, against larger ships anyways.

I like your setup, especially the shield extenders as it will add a lot to your survivability, the only thing is I really dont agree with using smartbombs on a ship in a gang other than a carrier/mom. Reason being they wreck havoc on your friend's drones/small ships/even popping their pods if they happen to be near. I would definitly recomend changing this out to another nos, or using the free grid from taking it to loose one of the pdus and squeeze in another bcu or somthing.

 Last Mid = Invul II
 Last Low = PDS II

Swap the Med Neuts for heavy NOS

and you have good basic Raven setup.

 Fleet Snipe Setup

Designed to sit 100km from the main engagement and attack ships of all sizes (from tackling intys to battleships).

 Highs
 6x Cruise II w/Precisions
1x E500 NOS (in case a tackler gets too close)

 Med
 XL C5L Shield Booster
 2x Invul II
 1x Photon II
 1x F-90 Sensor Booster
1x Heavy Electro Cap Injector w/800

 Lows
 4x BCU II
 1x CPU II

 Rigs
 2x ROF Rigs

QuickFit gives ROF of 6.53 seconds with Caldari BS 4. I know the BCU and rigs are stack nerfed but I feel when firing at large numbers of targets ROF is important.

 Thoughts?

what should i be doing to improve it? will be ratting in 00

Drop the cloak it gimps your lock time and use the freed up CPU to fit another BCU in the lows. Put a salvager in the last high slot.

Drop the two LSE IIs in favour of two Invulnerability II fields. Resists > HP.

I'd imagine you'll probably have enough powergrid left then to use a PDS instead of an RCU, which will give you better shield recharge, cap recharge....etc etc.
