I see some on market..but I am totally confused about how you can get BP's...
My Qs are:
Can I jsut research technologies to learn BPs?
Are the ones off the market BP Originals?
How do I get BP Originals?

The majority of blueprints are purchasable on the market, these are unresearched originals.
In addition to this on the escrow you can buy BPCs (copies) or non-market blueprints.
Non-market Blueprints include uniques like cosmos blueprints, and tech two items, which can only be attained through a research agent.

Ahh thank you..so there are research agents..interesting.

i am intersted in this as well...i have heard of the "blueprint lottery" but i do not know what it is. how do you get into this lottery exactly? what would be my fastest route from noob to lottery winner (or at least ticket holder)? thanks for any info on this in advance.

If you can't find a particular BPO in your neighborhood, then you can research it here.
At the top of each info page, you will see a grey tab that says "NPC Market." Click on that for details on sellers. Subsequently, you may do a search for that organization in game, and look under settled systems for locations where you can buy the tech1 bpo.
All BPO are offered by NPC organizations, or sometimes researched, or stolen BPO are listed on escrow listings. You can review NPC offerings from this portal.

I'm looking for info on blueprints to, Tech 2 blueprints.
1. how can you get these, Only through research missions ?
2. Is there a list somewhere of these blueprint offers ?
3. Are they copies or originals ?
