Hello,
Me and some friends did some PvP in low-sec the other day. Was quite fun, but I'm wondering how I know whether people have kill rights on me or not. We engaged a few people, destroyed some (didn't pod anyone), but I can't actually see anywhere if they're eligible to kill me now without concord intervention in highsec. Likewise, we don't seem to have any kill rights on the people who destroyed us (no kill rights found under the tab).
Some guides states you gain kill rights from killing anyone in 0.1-1.0, others that it has to be in high-sec? |

When your ship blows up in high sec and Concord does not arrive to punish your attacker, then you know that you had a killright on you. See Bio for isk doubling rules. -áIf you didn't read bio, chances are you helped fund those who did. |

In Low-Sec, you can attack people's ships all you want, with only the sec status hit and gate/station gun aggro as consequences. Killrights only get created when you podkill your target. If you don't pod, no one can attack you freely in High without a WarDec. Same goes with attacks against you in Low; if you don't get podded, you get no killrights.
Edit: High-Sec iirc makes a Killright when you attack, regardless of podding, on top of Concordouken |

killrights can be seen on character screen, on the killrights tab
also if the victim makes your killright available to anyone, wether to an individual, corp, alliance or public is irrelevant, konkordokken will mail you warning you of the availability of such and if its free or how much they are asking for it.
When someone activates a killright on you, it will show up as a message on your screen, but by then it could be too late for you to escape, unless as in some of my cases they forgot that their BS cant really lock up a shuttle fast enough to get me.
Kill rights once activated tehy got 15 minutes to make you loose what ever you got at the time.
The only thing I dont know is: if the killright goes away after the activation and the time lapsed and they coudlnt kill you or if it goes back into the queue so someone else might try later. Any help on that would be appreciated
PS. Why in the heck you didnt pod them? you got commited might as well finish off the commitmnet. |

I know about the kill right tab under the character sheet, I just didn't know if it showed people having kill rights on you. I thought it only showed kill rights that you actually own.
Yeah the reason we didn't pod them is because we'd like to get into more low-sec PvP with the intentions of still being able to go on with our business in high-sec, and the security standing hit just seems to much to be worth it. I guess we still got some care-bear blood flowing ;-P |

Well it's also possible to have the same result without killrights being involved. If this happens, you just need to test a few more times. |
