i hear rumors of 6kms inty's i have done some math and figured that possible a little over 5kms is possible but not 6kms if anyone has a uber speed setup that is maintainable that would be great......max cap and nav skills are a given..

check out the gist mwd and snake implants. Can get over 8km/s

Mine does about 6.5km/s sustained, with nanos and no speed implants.

crusader is fastest with mwd
without active propulsion mods, claw.

I do just under 9k/s in a crow, in gang.
3 x Rocket Launcher
1 x NOS
1 x Gistii 1MN MWD
1 x Web
1 x Scram
3 x Local Hull Nanofibers
LG Snake set + maxxed Nav skills
Cap is sustainable with good Engi skills.
With some domination Nanofibers & a Standard Snake set, probably go over 10k.
Fairly sure a similar config Stilleto / Claw with 4 domination Nanos is the fastest you can go.

Domination overdrives have 10 base speed over the nanos.
If you have a root around you'll find the eve speed records thread in here.

I think I saw one that was around 12k.
For a usable setup I'd recommend Nanos - at those speeds you *need* the agility!

I agree, but he did ask for uber speed not advice on whats more suitable.
