Not being rude at all, but you have less than one month of skill points. You're not going to receive more than a few million offer for this toon. You'll never even reach 1 plex worth, because it's never been invested into him.
My suggestion is to play with him for a few months focus him on some very specific training, then come back and try again.

Why your having no luck is because you have a toon in a corp and 7 years is not old enough anymore.
if you had a much older toon with say no kilboard history or corp then i would say it had value and people would pay a lot more. for your toon its as close to worthless
my own views ofc, i might be wrong |
