If for example a pilot like me spent several months Kicking the manure out of the Guristas for the Caldari Navy are Guristas NPC sentry guns going to fire on me because I have around -8 with them should I choose to visit Venal again?

What exactly is the change here?
I have for long time been chased around by Amarr military. Ever since my Amarr faction hit below -2.0 I was no longer welcome in Amarr 1.0 systems. And as the factin standing degraded I became more and more unwanted.
Later on my sec rating went the same way but that's another story.

It was bugged since RMR came out, cops decided donuts where more important then shooting baddies and as such you could travel freely without getting shot.
PS: Amarr Navy shouldnt start shooting you until you hit -5.

Jump clones will not work if your base is not above 8.0 but your effective can be 8.0 and base 7.8.
Do you know how long it took them to get refines to work off effective standings?

im sure its not base standing....and skills will be taken into account...its only common sense but then ya never know ...eve is funny like that
All in all I hope my enemies that are NPC open fire.
Heck I need some standing for a few jump clones....
Into the fires of heII I ride...to only get pwned by a civilian rail gun..
