Just did some testing with the command ships...the centum med rep + faction hardeners allow the command ships to tank 3-4 Battleships while maintaining cap. Good stuff there.
BTW, if you use logistic cruisers you may want to consider picking up the Centum Med Energy Transfer. They are awesome when you use them in complexes.

Sorry but LOL. OP's fault for not specifying minimum bid increments. Good rule of thumb imo is at least 1% of approximate value. ie: 2-3mil for #1.
