Yes, this is a high-sec NPC Corp dweller. That fits my casual playstyle. CCP hasn't banned me for being in an NPC corp in high-sec yet.
That addressed, we have a set of interesting changes soon. I'm uncertain as to whether it will increase or decrease my enjoyment of EVE as I currently play it as a solo operator. The Ghost sites looks interesting, but I'm wondering if it's accessible to solo folks, or if a team is required for it. Other things I'm still reading on.
Thoughts?

What did you have in mind exactly? As far as I can tell, aside from reworked Marauders, things should stay pretty much the same for you. Different warp speeds I guess? |

The warp speeds do look interesting. I fly on both sides of the cruiser fulcrum so while my battleship might suffer a bit, I'll be all about shuttles and covops frig system jumping. Getting from one side of the map to the other could be a lot less painful in a small ship. |

I see ~0 new content in Rubicon for peaceful hi-sec dwellers. Occasionally you'll see ghost sites - and that's pretty much it. |

You really outta try a player corp. That is my thought. What you are doing right now is akin to going to a huge international all-you-can-eat buffet, and having only rice. |

Replace HighSec with LowSec, NullSec and WH space and you're still correct about this expansion.  |
