How much does it cost me to get one person Killed that have caused me a lot of problems.
I want the Body of that person and i am willing to pay 50-100 mill for the kill.
I hope Some pirates or a small merchant corp reply.

If the character is in a corporation, you could consider hiring one of the newer merc corp to take them to war for a week for 100 mill. Although that wouldnt guarantee the death of the particular player, it will certainly dent their ego when their corp members get popped.

AS the above poster said hire a merc corp.
You wont be able to afford the better ones but there are many out there trying to get work.
A good one who arn't overpriced (as far as i know) are rage security elites or something like that. give them a call.

This is about the right atmosphere for a bidding war.
All you delightful merc corps looking to make a name for yourself, how little are you willing to get paid to blow stuff up?
Start with the going rate of 100 million a week for the war with a 100 million corpse bonus for that one guy's body. Work down from there.

Ok I don't think anyone will go lower than free, so pick your favorite of the pair and get the party started officially. Make sure to tip if you get good service.
Oh and wolverine, I'd say I qualify for a small negotiator's fee, wouldn't you? 2-5 million would really hit the spot
