Can someone please post a setup for lvl3 minmatar missions, so i need to tank angels.
I dont care about the cost of the setup so give it your best shot :)

4x Med Pulse II, multi and IR
AB 2
SAR 2
HS2
Active Thermic II
2x CPR
Gives you 60/80/62/70 resists, infinite tank and more than enough firepower. Should solo any L3 mission.

I use my ret for all level 3 missions bar one with thuckers which i cant do (have to grab bs)
4 x med pulse II (T2 crystals)
Cold gas arcjet (better than AB II)
2 x HS1, 1 named therm plate and TS adaptive nano, and armour repper 2.
an expensive fit with the ts nano but havent lost it yet.

4xMedium Pulse II (Infared and MF crystals)
1x1mn AB II
1xSmall Armor Rep II, 1xEngerized Kinetic Plate II or Engerized EM plate II (depending on rat type), 1xThermic Hardener (t2 might fit, I use a faction), 2xCap Power Relay
Can do any lvl 3 mission with ease.

What it basically boils down to is:
4x Med Pulse II with high-damage crystals
Decent AB
Small Rep II
Some resist plates
As many weapon mods as you feel like
CPRs
Pretty much any variation on that theme seems to work fine.

This is what I use and so far only lost the ship once on over 50 lvl 3's. That was on Tech Secrets part 3 and I changed the HS2 for a T2 Energized Adaptive Nano to complete it.
4 x T2 Med Pulse (conflag, scorch, multi and standard)
Gistii A-Type 1MN
T2 SAR, T2 Armour Thermic Hardner, 2 x cpr and T2 Heat Sink

Thanx for the replys, I first wanted to go with the last setup but wasent sure if it was enough to tank the lvl3's
