I realize some factions have more FCs than others when it comes to leading collaborative fleets. Or is there even such a thing as "good militia fcs"?

MOst people in FW are trash, save for a few pilots- that to my knowledge don't usually fly within the greater FW community. Best FC's would be found in: Turn Left Exodus The Hatchery R&K PL

A good FC should also be able to use the best tactics, along with good fleet coherency to make things happen. If your FC can't do that, they should not be an FC because they are bad.

Just putting it out there The issue is that pilots in FW only experience a small range of tactics and don't often push themselves in regards to the kinds of fights they're willing to take or tactics they use. Highsec, lowsec, nullsec, and wormholes all utilize different combinations of tactics and skillsets. There are a handful of constants among all areas of the game that are important for an FC, but few FCs in the game period view the game from the perspective necessary to possess them. The fact is, that a good FC can make the most out of any pilot, through training, clear communication, and understanding the strengths and limitations of their pilots and fleet. At the end of the day though, you're only as good as the people you fight and the fights you take.

I was damped the entire time shooting FoF at his ass. But i guess clicking warp out is not the same as orbit, so it must have been difficult. And the third time, a condor that was slower than you- somehow made you drop your 27K Orbit around me. Have you never learned how to manually pilot? And if i remember right you had to run in low structure, because your fail throax friend was just too slow. I might have a shred of respect for you or someone in your corp, if you had a shred of piloting skill- but it is pretty clear that you lean very heavily on using superior links, ECM, and numbers to kill solo pilots. You are only playing to troll / collect tears / haze people. And while you can do that, don't ever expect a GF from me.
