So there where 3 or so fleets from meves today, none of which made it to the event the fleet I was in was stuck in TIDI for the near endless 15 or so jumps to the target.
250 in my fleet Eve uni had a fleet on the same route with at least 100 more pilots. not to mention everyone else that was trapped in tidi hell trying to jump systems.
Simply put this was a farce on CCP's end. Have us form up near the event, not in the middle of High sec then run us to null. 800+ people where in meves when the announcement to move came, I cant believe CCP didnt reinforce the route so that they could all make it to the event.
Im disappointed, Players put on better events than the Devs can on a daily basis. When the pros put on an event it should be flawless at least technically speaking. not end the event 15 minutes before one side can even arrive in system...
IF you want people to do these events get someone to plan ahead....
Thanks for screwing my afternoon plans up.... I guess next time Ill make plans to learn ballroom dancing instead. |

Fleet I was in, about half of the fleet made it to target system. And most died there. |

Running an event like this is not rocket science really. Select two staging systems, move them to reinforced nodes. Select nullsec locations and put them on reinforced nodes. Open WH from hisec system to nullsec systems. No 20 jump tidi warp shitfest to die in bubbles. The incompetence from the event organizers was absurd. |
