Well this is fun. Was wondering if such a thread was floating around. My ships use the same namespace that is used to name the moons of Uranus, the planet discovered by my namesake, William Herschel. The moons and my ships are named after characters from Shakespeare's plays.

I incorporate a bit of shipbuilding nomenclature in the name - ISX, where IS stands for IONSTAR, my corp, and X, for the hull class. F- Frigate, BC- Battlecruiser, B- Battleship, I- Industrial, etc. The name usually has some sort of cannabis reference, but I will mix it up from time to time by hinting at it's function, or referncing music, books or movies.
