I don't know how Icelandic business culture is, but if the customer service people at the company I work for left such huge issues unaddressed for over a month, like CCP does, then they'd be looking for new jobs.

The problem with Erotica 1 is that she'll run into the same problem James ran into when running for the CSM. As in you have to give your real life info and actually sign an NDA and pay lip service to the people who bribe you with a free trip to Iceland.
