Definitely not the Maller. The Maller is a fine ship.
I would say it would have to be the Typhoon, Moa, or Osprey.

What?!! The Typhoon looks great: one of the few ships in Eve that actually looks like a battleship should look. Now, if it would only act like a battleship, I'd be a lot happier!
But for me, the ugliest ship would have to be the Osprey.

Dominix hands down! It looks like an ugly shoe. And they've made it BROWN so it kinda looks like that shoe stepped into something...
Osprey comes in second imo, but they're Caldari, so what did you expect?

Any minnie ship will do (yes they all are ugly), but i would say the belli is the worst. On top of that it's totally useless too :P (not even enough cap to warp through jita in 1 go :P)

Dominix / Moa / Tempest / Exequror are all rather damn ugly. Dominixes and Exequrors simply look fat and ugly, there is a reason I name them Mother Trucker when I'm flying one. Tempest just looks so pathetically fragile, and it's also bobbing alot making me feel seasick all the time. Moa is just general clumpyness and its lack of symmetry and estethic reaches biblical proportions. Osprey is also kinda ugly in the Moa sort of ugly, just not fully as much.
Typhoon and Bellicose that has been mentioned here are imo really cool.

hehe, I 2nd this.
as for the Moa, i love that ship! its totally awesome.. now if only it wasnt a sack of crap in terms of fitting and stats.  (match for a thorax my arse!)
the skins for the raven and scorpion could use an update too.. so very very bland especially in bright light when you can actually see the skins... *sigh*
