Just lost my Tempest this weekend. Was wondering how to take out the below spawn.
5 Arch Angel Vipers
5 Arch Angel Webifiers
4 Angel Legionnairs
1 Angel War General

Torp the legionnairs, when vipers are in range destroy them with drones.
Torp War general, when legionnairs are dead
Drones on webifiers when vipers are dead.

Don't know about yr setup or what were u using as ammo and missiles but use explo torp/cruise on the legionnairs and the war general , that should take them fast beside how's yr tanking looking if u have any ??

Lots of Plates + Smartbombs + MWD. Warp into the smallers ships as they approach while smart bombing them. AAfter theyre dead, warp back to the station and refit for killing the bs and any cruisers that survived.

What about sniping (1400mm artys) the intys and then killing the larger vessels with more closer range weapons?

2 possibilities:
- warp in at 100km and snipe them, but if they come close you have a problem.
- use 4 Cruise Launcher, 4 autocannon, tank. warp in at around 60km, kill the friggs with CM's (as long as they use MWD they die fast), if a frig get close use your drones, kill the cruisers and as last the BS, it's the easy way... (for 2nd possibility a typhoon is better i think, 7 low slots for tank, and u can fit 4 launcher, 4 autocannon, and it's cheaper, little bit faster, ...)

use a differnet ship,
warp in at 15k in a domi and BBQ them in about 2 minutes, but seriously, if you are in a tempest you should be smoking them from 100k+ with explosive ammo
