Since the release of the new bounty system, players that are wanted will hang around Jita Station (close enough to dock) waiting for somebody to buy their 1 billion ISK Kill Right then dock up. Not so much of a good scam. However, if the scammer is 100km away from the station with a lower kill right on them (we will say 20 million ISK) fitted with six warp core stabilizers, then those who buy their kill right and try to warp scramble the scammer will be disappointed to see him/her warp off easily and dock up to a station. It reminds me of fishing. |
