T2 Mission Setup
High:
6x Arbalest Cruise
2x available
Medium:
2x Capacitor Recharger II
XL Shield Booster II
Shield Boost Amplifier II
2x mission specific hardeners, named or T2
Low:
3x Capacitor Flux Coil II
2x Ballistic Control System II
Maximum capacitor regen is about 80.
Maximum capacitor use is 75 (named T1).
Of course, anything you can substitute a faction item for will probably be an improvement. T2 launchers would be the obvious DPS improvement.
I looked for a combination that would let me fit 3x BCS and 2x CFC, but I could not find it. Basically, all the tanks are the same, you're working with 5 lows and 2 mediums and trying to mix LSE, CR in the mediums and PDS, CFC and BCS in the lows.

CPR is a BAD thing for any shield boosting ship, put anything else there.

I want to survive lv4 missions to be able to tank them pretty well, hints and suggestions please?
Damage Control not necessarily a BAD THING on Raven but there are much better. PDS will increase your tank, another CFC will increase cap regen.
Oh, and for goodness sake get a Ballistic Control System mounted on there ASAP. Preferrably 3 or 4. Nothing like killing the enemy to keep them from killing you. :)
