That gives me about 86/82 Kin/Thermal resistance which seems 'okay' to me for serps. It is less than my Domi which has its lows entirely devoted to armour, but as I understand it this brute force style tanking isn't required to the same extent on a Raven, so I'm thinking of dropping a hardener for a Cap Charger II. Insight!?
Unless you want to quit any mission that's not about thermal and kinetic damage, which are quite many, resistance rigs on a mission raven are quite useless. They also stack with the Hardeners.
Use rigs that help your cap, or reduce shield booster cap usage instead.
With a Gist Booster and decent skills you can make a setup that runs forever, but that's only possible by using 3 Capacitor Control Circuits.

If you drop the smartie and Drone Link and fit something else in there, you can realize this setup with plain Tech II Items.
Improve damage later on by exchanging Damage Mods and Launchers for Faction Thingies, tank doesn't need to be improved.
