Anyone have a comprehensive list of which skills help with Cap, CPU and Powergrid use? I want to be sure I am not missing anything obvious or important.
I am particularly interested in the ones that would apply to a missile using shield tank. :)
Any help would be great.

Shield tanking has an active hardner for all damage types, but lacks a passive one. Armor tanking has a passive hardner for all damage types, but lacks an active one.
