Not much to say, the story is in the video. No extremly fancy camerawork  but amusing anyway I hope.

ARG I'm so jealous dabs. I was seeing 1 frame every 7 seconds or so and could barely target. I seriously need to move from Hawaii to the UK to reduce my Eve lag...

It was a fun fight, and always good to see your name in lights ;). We heard there were some Celes camping Q-CAB, so decided to take a few people and go and check it out.
Lag was bad for some people, but not terrible even with Celes having all those drones out. Celes won it primarily because they were very optimised for close range, with ravens, heavy nos's, 20k scrams etc. We were set up for 150-170km as usual, but jumped in anyway.
I was jamming about 4 of them and tanking pretty good against about 10 targetting me; however I was getting scrambled by a BS and couldn't figure out which one like you could with an inty, so couldn't warp out. Some of our losses were definately avoidable, like the guys who warped back in at the end, but I guess we're not used to losing .
So props to Celes, and it's nice to see a win over ATUK, however small, is worth a video  . See y'all next time, do come back soon!

Mark A, if you were set up for long range then why warp back in at 15k when you could have warped back in at range.
kinda week explanation tbh.
just admit it, they smoked you

k can people leave the flaming for corp and stuff forum pls?
Everybody uses stabs now and then, extremly few says it -> eod (if i cared i would have pointed it out in caps trust me )
Was a fun fight and we won, thats all

Because we had short-range ammo in by that time, obviously. Plus the fact that Q-CAB is a pretty unusual system to fight in so nobody would have had sniping BMs.
However switching to long range ammo and coming back in at 100km would have been a sensible thing to do, so you'd have to ask those guys about that. Heat of battle I guess.
CELES's loadouts are on the vid and in their killmails, and ours will be in our lossmails on our board, and no doubt on the CELES killboard also, so go and check it out rather than speculating.
I'll be very surprised if you can find an ATUK loadout that can't hit at 150km+ or contains a warp scrambler on a BS. Short range loadout at short range > long range loadout at short range. They lured us into a winning situation for them, and we went for it, simple as that. I'm not trying to detract from their victory, they set us up nicely.

I just was just laughing about Amrathius warping in and out :D
You always targetted him when he came into batte, and swoosh, there he was gone again. Nice job on his side too

CQC (Close Quarter Combat) owns long range sniping anyday for many reasons,
1stly, CQC takes alot more micro management skills, quick reactions on target calling and 'global awareness' skills being able to see incoming targets into the melee,
2ndly, CQC is alot more emersive, if you warp out and warp back in, or if you enter the battle late, its great warping into the very middle of the battlefield with exploding ships, all around you, finding your targets amongst all the debree.
3rdly, many different ship types can get involved, you have the heavy hitting battleships, the tackling frigates, the anti-frig frigates, damage dealing cruisers, defending cruisers..
4rthly, it shows off eve for what its meant to be, shooting box's 170km looks ***, feels ***, and tbpfh is ***, i hated doing it and which iis why i enjoyed my time in celes so much, CQC allows you to see ship models, fly around enemy battleships in your frigates, with gunfire all around... looks like the intro to Freespace II, if uve seen it.
Im sure people could come up with lots more reasons...

Quoted for eternal truth. Dunno why ATUK still uses that boring sniper tactic, its just no fun at all. Admitted, they are good at it, but they arent obviously at closer ranges (our experience of the fights we had vs. them in the past).
Its a nice video! I like combat like that! But shame on the stabs
