I think EVEtime=forum time=GMT. This migth be same as Iceland time, not sure tho. At least GMT doesn't have Dayligth savings, and if Iceland does use it, then it migth be off for 1h.

It is, and we do not use daylight saving time, so we are always on true GMT.
