Its white. Its a prototype Kenbishi Industries heavy assault walker tank, somewhat similar in design to the Tachikomas (same eyes, and similar structure, but obviously much bigger). A similar vehicle used by the Japanese Self Defense Force (SDF) in Ghost in the Shell: Standalone Complex. One can be seen starring in episode 2, where for "certain reasons" one decides to run amok and go on a rampage.
