I'll quickly run over the rules of this auction.
You state your your bid for the ship. ONLY 1 ship per person. The bids are then ranked from highest down and at the end of the auction the top 5 people get a cerberus. If you have any further questions regarding this format, please ask. If I don't reply, I'm sure some of our very helpful forum whoes will help you out pretty quick 
I will be updating a "top 5" list as I have time but it is your resposibility to know if your bid will land you a ship.
Starting bid: 130mil
Increments: 2mil
Reserve: is starting bid
Pickup: Agil
Delivery: nope
Sniper: no. It's a bit hard with this type of auction. Make sure your bid ranks in the top 5.
End: 19th, 08:00 Eve Time
