His fees are high and may not be disclosed in advance, but after one of his lessons, you never make some mistakes again.
Everyone can teach operational security, however, if not as an instructor like Monk, you can provide instruction though becoming a horrible example of what NOT to do.

Yeah I got de-carebeared by a mercenary infiltrating my first corp to AWOX a specific target. I logged on not much later and heard the story and decided that I wanted to play EVE like that, not just shooting red crosses.
Never looked back.
