OK, the real deal here isn't that "Mr. Big Bad Publord put POCOs on my moolah." It's the fact that taxed above 10%, PI becomes a fruitless venture in highsec unless you do P0 to P3 on one planet. For that, I sympathize.
Now go find somewhere else to do PI and HTFU. Failing that, put up your own POCOs of find a WH. Seriously. High-tax POCOs are the FOTM and things will be alright as soon as people stop shedding all the QQ.
