hi. yesterday a was given angel extravaganza from my level 3 agent. i completed the 5 stages in 3 hours, not too dificult. then i went for the extra level. i had a palladium tag on the station and i decided to use.
killing the rats wasnt very difficult with the right hardeners and the bounty was nice (about 1 million only on that stage, with a machariel worht 600k). there is also a *****y sentry gun, but it is easy to kill.
then i went for the angel battlestation. i had to shoot with the eight weapons of my cyclone for more than one hour. 5*425 autocannons + 3 heavy launchers
i wasted more than 6000 units of fusion and emp medium ammo, and 2000 heavy missiles, + 3 heavy drones. in the end i run out of ammo when the building still had 30% structure left, so i had to it only with missiles and drones. really, a pain in the *** (i couldn go to the station to get more ammo since i didnt have another palladium tag)
but finally i got it down. a very nice big explosion. and yes, there was a loot can :
- 100 tritanium sabot L - 100 defender I - stasys webifier I - miner I - passive targeter I - 100 thorn rocket - 100 flameburst light missiles - 100 widowmaker heavy missiles - 100 exterminator FOF light - 100 stalker FOF heavy
that was all. i understand that maybe the bonus stage should not be profitable. i am not complaining. i just want to share my experience and ask if more people got this gorgeous loot, or it was simply a very good luck on my side.
i mean, i want to know, if the next time i am offered angel extravaganza, i should waste 2 hours just for 1 million on bountys, or i should expect something out of the station

Blown it up with my apoc a couple of times, otherwise I wouldn't try it. <3 lasers.
Yeah, I got roughly the same loot as you did. It's not worth all the time unless you can do it afk with some lasers and drones. Really a bit of pain. :(

On the few occasions I've bothered to blow those things (or even do the bonus stage), the loot has always been an insult.

I don't think those stations should be in the missions at all. Not only is there no financial or material reward involved in killing them, but from a backstory perspective, their presence is absurd, especially considering they are not even a mission objective.
I mean c'mon, would a full-size Serpentis station in the heart of Gallente space really escape the Navy's notice?

ok, so after 3 days, nobody seems to have seen a good loot out of the angel battlestation. i think i will never again do the extra stage, unless i have lots of palladium tags, and if i ever do it again, i will not bother to take down the battle station, just kill the rats to get 1 million on bountys

After the blood patch the loot you want will be located in a spawn container close by the station. In other words, destroying the battlestation in this mission is only there for the satisfaction of destroying such a huge structure, not the loot.

that is great!!!! anyway, you could just place a battlestation tag, just to show to friends it would be the ultimate proof of my stupidity.

"I destroyed an insanely inforced Angel Battlestation and all I got was this lousy tag"
I must have destroyed more than 20 Serpentis Fortresses (in Serpentis Extravaganza, Vengeance and Duo of Death) - mostly switching to my "Structageddon" after all NPCs were killed. The loot dropped in total must have a value of about 100'000 ISK. ----------

hihi yeah the current loot is not much the words typing.
A mate and me destroyed a Guristas Battlestation after we got through all pockets and killing even those BS in just Caracals
Man... 2 hours to get through all pockets and another 2 hours to destroy the Battlestation... wasted around 4000 heavy missiles each on that station just for a can with some useless stuff in the can

Does it only apply to Angel Extravaganza or also to other such structures?
For example there is starbase-like structure in Duo of Death and in Serpentis Extravaganza 3rd gate. Will they also be fixed or we still have to spend 20 minutes to get 100 shells of large ammo?

Could we get so see bounties, or loot from other structures in ds missions as well? At least make things worth the while blow up when it comes to ammo and time spent. Kind of doesnt make sense when you blow on control towers, landing pads, hangers, cargo containers and god knows what. That they doesnt drop anything.
Should think it would allow for both materials, minerals, trade goods etc to drop when thinking about what the structures supposed to be. Blow up things to get a fancy explosion kind of lost its flavour after doing it 100 times over.
