This is a warning for people who have Naps with Royal Haiigaren navy.
After talking with one of ther directors, i paid for a nap.
for 30 days, they agreed not to shoot or distroy my ships/
After three days, i was shot at and my ship distroyed..
I was not podded, b/c i warped away.
I lost 4 27.44 expanders and a bestower.. i also lost 30 mil worth of pos gear.
These guys do not follow naps and do not show respect.
The bad thing is, they told me it was all about Whom i was freinds with..... When they accepted the nap agreement, they knew i was freinds with the corp and people they didn't like. I told them that, and they still accepted.
Just a warning, these guys are just bad news.

hmmmm. Pirates....nah.. I'm not going to flame on this one. I have a feeling other people will do better than I on flaming the legitimacy of believing some pirates and their NAPS

As an unofficial spokeperson for RHN let me just make this statement ... "Bu Hu"
Theres a very simple reason you where podded, and asked kindly to jump through the gate into the "safe system" as we desribed it. You know damn well that your friend Passey is hated by our corp and is KOS to all pilots. We also know you where feeding him information from our corp public channel. oh but theres more proof, A respectable (unlike us) corp came forwards during the day to give information that you and your friend passey have been trying to pursaude the other nieghbouring corp to help you and declare on us ? gg ienstien theyve long been friends of RHN and came and told us. And you know damn well who im on about.
On top of that we scanned you in the system of Gergish, You told me that you where hauling "tech II crystals", Funny that becuase when we scanned you you had POS components,

2 Cruise
Funnt thats exactly what we liberated from Passey earlyer that morning. So dont play the inncoent act, youve been revealed as a spy and will be killed every time we see you. Kthxbye

Well, i wanna ask you something....
Would you tell a bunch of pirates what you were hauling.
And even though u did scan my cargo, did you ever stop to think i was building a pos.
pirate logic is confusing...
As for passey, why do you think he isn't in my corp anymore. He had clashes with you all, last thing my little corp needed.
I was a member of griffin for a long time, as for fueling there station as your ceo said you thought i was.... i have never hauled fuel out there. not even ice from the feilds. As for the passey carring things... was i online at the time you podded him. No, i wasn't i didn't even know other that he sent me a mail warning me not to move my pos gear. b/c he lost his.
For the record, i learned my lesson.... never place trust in NAPs and never have freinds.... other will persecute you for it.

I can see the point of both sides. On other hand you shouldnt be applying the "NAP" whenever it suits you.
That makes you a dishonourable pirate, just as if you ransom someone you let them go if they pay. Even if they are shouting profanities at you. It's your choice to accept the payment or not.
On the other hand. scutternut was ferrying expensive stuff in haulers going through low-sec using only instas and no scout.
That's calling to be ganked. If they hadnt ganked you, someone else would. I certainly would, if I wasnt friendlies with some in the Griffin corp.
Also, if that is indeed true that you knew about a person who is KOS to this corp you were getting yourselves in trouble. I personally think they should've given a warning before breaking a NAP. I'd not trust such NAP's where one party applies their own rules and criterias for upholding the NAP without an open discussion before breaking NAP.
However, I do know that scutternuts corp did ask for people to war-dec them AFTER the other corp broke the NAP. Not before.

Does our CEO speak for the whole of our corp ? I guesse you could say he should.... but when a lot of the corp a outlaws/pirates have fun telling them that theyre going carebear  hence after a discussion with the corp your dumb idea was rejected.

yea scutternut if you truly believe that we didnt have probabal cause for blowing up your ship and "your POS equipment" then i think you should leave our public channel and should also leave the area. My only regret is not getting to you before the other guy did. 
Also to all of you that are smack talking RHN in this forum why dont you come and settle this in game instead of sittin back and smackin on the forums.

lol, more kills than losses must be a horrendous beating we are getting 
Sometimes battleships arent the most useful tools for roaming when your opponent is spread out over 3-4 regions, or maybe they are just of a higher standard than RHN

You stepped up, and urr I didn't see you at all....
During that time you had your blobs of HAC's etc flying around killing not a lot as I remember....
The only time I saw you guys in that war was when 2 of your HaC's engaged me when I insta'd into a gate in my Proph  urr gg, I got away.
The only wars ive given a rats ass about while in RHN was Gods and Legion... the rest have been a joke.

Looks like your all having fun down there still...
FYI, RHNVY were part of the UnAssociated, a vehemently anti-pirate alliance, about 6 months ago. During this time, there were no acts of piracy committed by RHNVY other than Typh, who is a very naughty boy They ended up leaving to go back to exploding stuff as pirates, but we still found them to be a very nice bunch of people.
I would like to know who these friends are before passing further judgement (not that anyones probably bothered, but its alwayss nice to have some support).
