EDIT: Protip - last time somebody paid blackguard mercenaries to come kill us, they brought a fleet nearly every day for a week right to our doorstep and gave us some great fights. Anybody reading this thread - your money would be much better spent on them.

Well since we're speaking about blackguard, and an ex eve uni has made a pressence in this thread recently, last time blackguard got a contract to keep a dec on eve uni for a month it resulted in a decent amount of damage for eve uni, but also a good amount of isk lost for blackguard. I didn't really see that as mercing cause derping around in frigs and desies just got them killed too much, which lead to eve uni having fun chasing and killing their little gangs.

When getting a contract I seek to cause as much damage as possible with great efficiency, taking away hope and leaving the opposite side griefed. If the other side is having fun even though you kill a lot and/or your efficiency is bad then I wouldn't call it a good job. I don't think simply throwing ships at someones face will satisfy a lot of clients.
