They blogs have been released Monday-Friday lately, I suspect that they've got the next few weeks laid out. Given how poorly CCP has handled communication about FW I suspect they're going over the changes with a finely toothed comb here.
Imagine playing Donkey Kong where every barrel looks like it hits you.
Would you rather I fix the barrels or Kong's shadow?

you're right, they should have end-of-week notifications that they're not going to give you the specific blog you in particular are after. |

CCP has said FW is part of Winter, they've stated that 4th bonus AF isn't in first release. If at this point FW wasn't intended as 1st release I think they'd say something.
They just released their NEW battlecruisers, can you imagine the whining if they'd interrupted that for FW??!
Soundwave suggested some changes and people went batshit crazy, give it time.

No. CCP has given up on FW, and any promises to ever work on it again are flat out lies. If FW dies, CCP dies. |

What does that have to do with waiting 2 years for the blog that never came?
Changing High sec NPC's goes far beyond simple lowsec capture/recapture FW, so yea some went batshit crazy.
Dont care about the new BC's, its another toy that will diaf when I take it out of the hanger.
