CONCORD had trapped Sansha into a station at the edges of Amar Empire space, after a 37 system persuit they were able to damage him enough to force a dock upfor repairs.
Now the entirely of the CONCORD fleet is upon him, the docking lights of the station start flashing, this is the moment, this murderer will finally be brought to justice.
Kuvakei undocks in a pod, a brazen final act of defiance, CONCORD starts locking his pod, suddenly a transmission from the FC

Sansha Kuvakei is a good man. I wouldn't shoot him either. His forces should be formed by real players and that would bring some meaning to Incursions to those players that are not pure isk farmers and play the game for fun. |

It wouldn't be so silly if there was more corp-owned assets that can't be docked in the game. Along with reasons to field such stuff over personal property that is used in corp ops and that can be hidden in a station and/or "assigned to Native Freshfood". Right now we have what, limited ('cause hisec) POSes and POCOs?
It's just important to avoid possible issues with assets that are "married to corp" and you want to, say, reorganize (not due to war). Then again, limiting their movement only in case of wardec sounds like a solution for this potential problem that may be relevant if "sandcastles among the stars" I'm talking about is to be implemented one day. |

Rookie mistakes, that make me cringe. CONCORD doesn't care what corporation you're in, only whether you're a criminal flying a ship in highsec (they don't care about criminals in pods) or not. Nice story though.

CONCORD it's here to keep capsuleers at bay.. they give a rat ass about non capsuleer pirates.
Sansha Kuvakei it is not a capsuleer so he literally can gank EVERYONE in the whole EVE and CONCORD will do nothing about it.

Wardecs are for shooting towers and POCOs, or the right to shoot first in hisec. The central issue is your assumption that CCP Soundwave's "pay more for more targets" was a valid argument.
