If two corps, Corp A and Corp B have a war going on between them in high sec. A ship from Corp A is attacking a ship from Corp B. If I'm not affiliated with either corp, and i'm in a repping ship and start repairing the ship in Corp B, does that flag me as a legal target for the ship in Corp A? Or can I just sit there and Rep the ship without consequence? |

Not the question you asked (which has been answered correctly, neutral logi can be attacked by anyone in a wardec situation) but an important related point: If A and B are members of the same corp fighting each other and C provides B with neutral assistance, A cannot legally attack C at all.

The neutral remote rep assistance falls under "are you interfering in a duel". I suppose it should be just "are you interfering in a legal fight".

Intracorporation violence is legal, but there are no consequences for interfering in it, unlike legal combat in a wardec or duel situation.

Actually don't, I'm a software engineer, not a lawyer. Hence the whole "losing track of small exceptions in byzantine rule systems".
