Yep, probably one of the best (if not THE best) post for newer players about skills. It doesn't bog it down with 15 paragraphs that have complex equations and graphs and charts and etc. etc. etc.

I needed a concise, easy to remember guide like this one, that covered the basics and gave the right amount of detail. I tweaked the list a bit to suit my needs (more Drones, no PvP EW just yet, etc.) and saved it, and now I'm happily down the road towards efficiently flying a Cruiser instead of rushing towards the big stuff without the proper skills to squeeze something good out of it.
