I'm assuming this is a bug, the mods seem to increase orbit speed as well.
You can see yourself by telling your drones to attack say an abandoned noobship without any mods, and then repeating with a full rack of Navmods.
Even if you scale it back you can see that each mod fitted does reduce thier ability to hit targets significantly.
Bug or no?
PRoposal to fix blobbing and make Charisma useful.

not sure its a bug, you may need to fit the tracking/range links for the drones also.

Dont be a fool, if you fit a MWD and nanos to your cepter and you miss as your going to fast for your tracking... you cant blame your mwd and nanos now can u.
It makes perfect sense to use one module to speed them up, and then IF they cant hit their intended target you hav to add tracking computers. Heavy drones hardly hit frigates anyway, but thats not a problem if your gunna fight BS, then you just want them over there asap!
