ok had a wierd thing happen today in agil, a maller undocked with only hardners in the lows and had a from what we figured out after the fight a domi repping and energy transfering him. I thought doing something like this would make the ship providing support targetable is this true or is the support ship which is not part of the warring allaince still exempt from the war and if we tried to kill it punishable by concord gank?

It is, they are Targetable, only problem is: Overview does not flash them to you! If you see someone Aiding a War Target/In gang with a War Target, they are fair game. If you get concordokened petition it. Just make sure that they are indeed truly helping/aiding a legitimate war target - then you can shoot them as well. As I said, its the bloody overview.

Are they aggressable? They dont have to be in gang to cap transfer etc.

Not being in the gang don't you still get a pop-up saying you're aiding a criminal/target whatever?

I think that only applies to low sec ganking, doesn't apply in empire wars
and this was done all with in dock range of the station. and the domi who was providing support docked right after this happend so it didn't get any agression it seems. the person who did this didn't do it right but if done right you can use it to bait in several people into fight where it would be impossible to break the tank of the ship thats getting support
