Spoke to Sordea earlier. I decided to buy some of these shares. The isk was wired over, and shares were sent shortly after. Here's hoping for a successful venture.

What will happen to the unsold shares at the end of the IPO? will they ever be sold? and at what price? and when? Are you treating this as an open ended or closed ended fund? (basically dividend on 10b worth in shares or on sold worth in shares)

Unsold shares are kept by NCIB after IPO and they are sold if/when needed for whatever market price reigns at that time. Not going under 50k though.

NCIB was accepted inside EGSE earlier today.
From now on NCIB shares for sale can be found from here.
I will add sell orders later tonight. Until end of May they will be priced at 50k per share.

Up untill now all shares have seen a serious rise in price after an IPO was ended. So don't expect to get some at 50k after today!

IPO is over. Total of 121.090 shares were sold of total amount of 200.000 to raise capital of over 6 billion isk.
Yes, I will more info about my portfolio when I publish my report for May. It should be ready in time for dividend payment of 5th.
