I announced this IPO at corporate&alliance forum, but this seems more appropriate place for this.
In short:
NCIB will raise capital via IPO and invest it in several different corporations shares.
Share price: 10.000.000isk
Total number of shares: 1000
How much do I get?
50% of all profits will be issued as dividends. 45% will used for further investments. 5% paid to NCIB personnel.
Profit% depends heavily on how much people invest on NCIB because that decides how much NCIB is able to invest. I expect profit around 3%. Dividends are paid out monthly, every 5th. Because relatively low profit excpectations I see this as long term investment.
How to buy?
Transfer required amount of money to Sordea Mampo, 10mil for one share etc.
In two weeks time when Sordea Mampo reaches 15 days of age all trading with NCIB shares will be moved to EGSE.
NCIB is also willing to buy shares in other corporations and trade NCIB shares to other shares. Contact Sordea Mampo ingame for further details.

Well, all I can say is that this is not a scam. Nothing I can say will make you change your mind because you have allready decided that everything involving shares in EVE is a scam.
I am aware that 10mil is a bit steep. I am considering splitting shares when going to EGSE. Maybe to 50k range. Those who have invested already need not to worry, they will naturally be compensated if this happens.
First dividends are paid on 5th of march, albeit they are bit on the low side due to scale of operations hasn't yet reached levels I envisioned. And because february was first month of operations. March will be first full month of operations.

If you wish to buy shares, just transfer the isk and then I will send shares back.
178200 shares left. That means that over 1 bil worth of shares have been issued. And that brings to effect exit plan I explained in IPO thread. I will quote it here for simplicity.

Six months after first 10 percent of shares are sold a vote is held to decide if NCIB is fit to continue operation. If shareholders vote yes, then business continues as normal. If shareholders decide against continuing then following plan is executed: Auction is held for shares owned by NCIB and cash acquired this way is added to NCIB cash at hand, this sum is then divided by number of released shares. This gives us buyout price for shares. Once everything in NCIB possession is sold and divided NCIB ceases to exist and it is shut down. NCIB shares still in NCIB possession wont take part in this vote nor will they be eligble to receive funds upon dismantling of NCIB.
Vote will be announced at 28th of September 2006.

I will be away for next week, back again at 7th. So all investments made after this time will be delivered then. Shares bought in april will be delivered after dividends for march have been paid out.
Also, full reports will be made available then.

EMFi has taken a longterm position in this stock for our long-term section. This seems solid, big difference between EMFI and NCIB is that EMFI pays 85% profits into dividends and will have minimal capital growth. NCIB is more a growth fund... and will retain a lot of profit for growth. The history also shows NCIB has had a buy&hold strategy rather then the hedge-fund strategy EMFI employs. Low risk solid longterm investment and it has a nice spot of 20.000 shares in my portfolio.
Also since NCIB has been able to gather over 2.5b so far he has reached critical mass.
