PLease could someone tell me the best technique for using defender missiles? Do I activate the launcher as soon as I see a missile? Or do I wait and have to time it right? Do they just launch when a missile come near? I dont want to get into a fight and mess it up.

They don't really work since the Cold War missle changes. Yes you have to manually activate your defenders (again and again) and they only work at long range with large slow missiles.
Pretty much useless now, try putting something better in your free highslots.

I'd be kinda ****ed if defender missiles were able to knock down my light and heavy missiles. Then I'd screw you gun users with turret disruption or target jam you to hell!

So How do I minimise missile spam damage? They hit so hard. And they hit every time for good damage. I thought Defenders were he answer

Its true, there is no good counter to missiles apart from ECM. They suck and need a nerf, as 1 tracking disruptor can completely **** over a turret BS.

Missiles don't be nerfed. Defenders can be fixed, bu there is no reason why missiles need to be nerfed. Is there a Caldari person that doesn't agree with me, or is it just everyone who uses turrets that doesn't like Missiles? Both have advantages and disadvantages. Capitalize on them.

Sell them on the market. They're useless except in certain very specific PvE situations.
