Thats the same thing.
Besides pods, newb ships and used Limited BPs are the only thing that should be trashed everything else can be either saved and used later of sold.
Your begging, and won't be begging if you accually tried to earn it yourself cause you would find you make more then begging.

KEY WORD IS FOUND A BUYER. as in sold it for money. are you buying things people don't want?? In that case I can give you business. Otherwise you are begging.

Nothing is wrong with begging. I aggree with Nicci it is a legit profession that a player could become in EVE.
I was just pointing out that you could make more buy mining, hunting, working for a corp, even ore stealing then you could from begging.

You have to offer something better than the "trash it" option, which right now is on my favourites list :)
I think you could make more by killing even small rats and cycling the loot from them.
First you get money from killing them. Then you get money from cycling the loot.

This is very curious. How can you make more by this begging profession then any of the other ways. Maybe if you do it on the side and locally. But flying around to someones 80 different locations take alot of time and you make nothing for traveling, and it wouldn't make sense for the owner to pay you for traveling cause he has to go with you to trade you the stuff. He might as well collect them himself.

Again unless it is local. Traveling across the gallaxy for scraps will cut into you mining time and you will make less for doing so.
Unless they are trashing a Battleship or large amount of ore or maybe even 1000 units of electronics. In time it takes you to collect the scraps you could mine a whole lot more and make more.

Now that is a good Idea. I have noticed though that the prices on these scraps are going up.
If you calculate... the price of 1 unit of ank is worth 12K if you could make buy orders and buy scraps of ank or bistot for 100 or less then 1K. Region buy orders of thoughs would be worth the money 200 units of ank would make you over 2M. I would travel to 80 Different locations for that.
But as I said alot of people have realized this already and it is hard to find cheap scraps now.
