Would it be possible to set jumpclones for a new character with basic standings? Did anyone try to set jumpclones without personal standing +8 to any NPC corp?

Yes it is possible to set jumpclones for new characters without any standing infact this service of Micang is for people who don't have the proper +8 standing. The only thing a character need is the skill infomorph psychology, advised to train it up to lvl3 so you can set 3 jumpclones.
The jumpclones you make in the theological council stations in Amarr space. But after you made you jumpclones you can fly them anywhere and leave them in any station even in stations without medical.

Hi,
With the required skill (Infomorph Psychology), it should be possible.I don't see why not.
All it takes is, that you have to be in a corporation which has the right corp --> corp standing.

Doesn't have to be a new player, but not having ever flown in Amarr or Minmatar space probably helps. I dont think I have any standing with the council.

Clarification on this - if i have a standing with theology council tribunal of say 2.0 will it average my standing and your corps standing out so i wont be able to use the service? sorry for being a pain lol.

I'm another customer who is really happy with this service.

Say I wanted to jump back and forth between 0.0 and empire. Your standings would allow me to add the empire clone. But what about the 0.0 clone? Wouldn't I need 8+ standings towards the faction that controls the station I want to jump to?

Well you only need standing to create jumpclones (read extra bodies) after that you fly out your active body to place you want to station it in 0.0. It can be in any station even without medical, switch off skill training, clone jump to an other jumpclone in empire and you will have a body/jumppoint in 0.0. Rinse repeat till you got all your bodies at the places you want them to be.
The beauty is that a jumpclone never dies, but make sure if you jump to a body you set your normal medical clone near that place. If you don't do that and you get podkilled your jumpclone will wakeup at the medical station where you have set your normal clone and you have to fly-out your body to your spot in 0.0 again.
So if you use our service, you will be able to create jumpclones and after that you will leave our corp and your jumpclones will stay. It works look at the replies of our customers. If you have doubts if it works feel free to contact us around 19.00 eve-time or drop by in our public channel dark reality.
